Investigation on Patents and Industry Status of Plastic Drainpipe Products

近年来塑料管材行业蓬勃发展,产量、专利量、新产品逐年增多,但鲜有文献对该类产品专利及成果转化的相关情况进行报道,对行业研究热点、重点开发产品的相关信息进行及时梳理。基于此,采用分析专利与相关标准的研究方式,对2011~2020年间塑料排水管的发明授权专利进行了调研,对专利的成果转化及新产品的标准化情况进行了分析,对部分新产品中可能涉及的问题进行了探讨,并对行业状况进行了简单的梳理。

The plastic pipe industry was well developed in recent years, and the output, number of patents and new products had been increasing year by year.While few literatures had reported the patent and achievement transformation of such products, and the relevant information of research hotspots and focused products had been sorted out in a timely manner.Based on the above situation, the authorized patent for invention of plastic drainpipes between 2011 and 2020 were investigated by the method of analyzing patents and related standards.Besides, the achievements of patent and new product standardization were analyzed, the problem which some new products may be involved were discussed, and the status of industry were simply conducted.
