摘要
采用超临界CO_(2)发泡技术制备聚已二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)发泡珠粒,通过调整温度、饱和压力等工艺参数对泡孔形态进行调控,并测试了发泡制品的压缩性能。实验发现,在发泡温度95℃,发泡压力15 MPa的条件下得到泡孔尺寸大、泡孔均匀稳定及柔性较好的发泡珠粒。
Supercritical CO_(2) foaming technology was used to prepare polybutylene adipate terephthalate(PBAT)foamed beads, adjusted the cell morphology by adjusting the temperature, saturation pressure and other process parameters, and tested the compression properties of the foamed products.The experimental results show that under the conditions of a foaming temperature of 95 ℃ and a foaming pressure of 15 MPa, foamed beads with large cell size, uniform and stable cells and good flexibility are obtained.
