摘要
以油酸(OA)为表面活性剂,用微乳液法制备了油溶性纳米CaCO_(3)(NCC)颗粒,并使用其作为填充改性剂,采用溶液共混法制备了聚己内酯(PCL)/NCC复合材料。使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、示差扫描量热仪(DSC)、偏光显微镜(POM)等分析仪器对NCC和PCL/NCC复合材料进行表征。结果表明,加入OA有利于形成球霰石型NCC粒子,OA的包覆量约为15%;油溶性NCC在PCL基体中分散性、相容性良好;少量的NCC颗粒能促进PCL结晶,过量后反而会阻碍晶体形成。
Oil-soluble nano-calcium carbonate(NCC)particles were prepared by microemulsion method using oleic acid(OA)as surfactant,and poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)/NCC composites were prepared by solution blending method using it as filling modifier.NCC and PCL/NCC composites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),polarizing microscope(POM)and other analytical instruments.The results show that the addition of OA is conducive to the formation of spheroaragite type NCC particles,and the coating amount of OA is about 15%.The oil-soluble NCC has good dispersion and compatibility in PCL matrix.A small amount of NCC particles can promote the crystallization of PCL,but excessive amount of NCC particles can hinder the crystallization of PCL.
