文物保护图则编制技术方法探析--以青岛市名人故居为例

An Exploration of the Method of the Preservation Guidelines of Cultural Relics:A Case Sturdy of Celebrities'Former Residences in Qingdao

编制文物保护规划是指导文物保护、修缮、管理和利用的基础工作之一。为应对文物数量众多、难以实现全部编制专项保护规划的情况,探索编制文物保护图则具有重要的现实意义。以青岛部分名人故居类文物保护图则编制为例,分析文物保护图则编制的目的、思路和技术路线,提出历史研究、价值分析、现状评估、保护策略、保护措施、展示利用6个方面的编制内容,在价值分析方法、活化利用引导和图则成果形式方面进行探索,以期探讨文物保护图则编制的技术方法。

Protection planning is the basis for guiding the protection,repair,management and utilization of cultural relics.In response to the large number of cultural relics and the difficult of making protection planning for all the cultural relics,exploration a method of the preservation guidelines of cultural relics is a profitable attempt.This paper takes some celebrities’ former residences in Qingdao as an example,analyzes the purpose,ideas and technical methods of the preservation guidelines of cultural relics,puts forward six main contents which are historical studies,value analysis,conditions assessment,protection strategies,protective measures,display and utilization.This paper also analyzes the value analysis method,guideline of activation and utilization,achievements form of protection guidelines.
