文化引领下大运河江苏段多元价值空间重构的战略思路与实践路径

Strategy and Practice of Multi-value Space Reconstruction of Jiangsu Grand Canal under the Guidance of Culture

后生产主义视域下,大运河江苏段沿线应深入实施文化引领牵动、文化项目撬动、文化品牌带动、文化创意策动、城乡区域联动、创新政策促动六大战略,保护修复运河生态,重构人地系统,形成高颜值生态空间;保护利用运河遗产,重构景观系统,形成高品位文化空间;传承利用运河文化,重构产业系统,形成高效益生产空间。最终,通过彰显运河文化生态文明的价值引领、人文精神的能动引领、产业转型的先导引领,重构沿线区域人与社会和自然的精神秩序,建立一种协调和统一的新型文化生态关系,实现大运河江苏段多元价值空间重构和经济社会高质量发展。

From the perspective of post-productionism,six strategies should be further implemented along the Grand Canal in Jiangsu,including culture leading,cultural project and cultural brand driving,cultural creativity motivating,urban-rural linkage and policy innovation promoting.Accordingly,high-value ecological space,high-grade cultural space and high-efficiency production space can be formed by protecting and repairing the canal ecology to reconstruct the man-land system,by protecting and utilizing canal heritage to reconstruct landscape system,and by inheriting and utilizing canal culture to reconstruct industrial system respectively.Finally,through the value guidance of canal culture ecological civilization,the active guidance of its humanistic spirit,and the leading guidance of its industrial transformation,the culture-centered relationship of people,society and nature is reconstructed,and the new coordinated and unified culture-ecology relationship is established in the region along the canal,so as to realize the reconstruction of multi-value space and the high-quality development of economy and society in Jiangsu section of the Grand Canal.
