高职教育培养“工匠精神”人才的策略探析

Analysis of the Strategy of Cultivating"Craftsman Spirit"Talents in Higher Vocational Education

随着社会的发展,“工匠精神”除要求独具匠心与精益求精外,还包含严谨专注的职业精神、求实创新的职业追求、爱岗敬业的职业操守及精诚合作的团队精神。培育学生的“工匠精神”,既是高职教育发展的必然要求,也符合学生个人发展的现实需要,更是企业生存与发展的重要保障。针对国内经济转型时期高职院校重技能培养轻精神培育的现状,从树立名匠典范、完善现代学徒制、整合专业教学的目标和形式、提供生产实景、引入互联网+五个方面提出高职教育培养“工匠精神”人才的策略。

with the development of society,"craftsman spirit"requires originality and excellence,and it includes rigorous and dedicated professional spirit,realistic and innovative career pursuit,professional ethics and sincere cooperation team spirit.Cultivating students'"craftsman spirit"is not only an inevitable requirement for the development of higher vocational education,but also in line with the realistic needs of students'personal development.It is an important guarantee for the survival and development of enterprises.In view of the present situation that higher vocational colleges pay more attention to the cultivation of skills than the cultivation of spirit,this paper puts forward the strategies of cultivating"craftsman spirit"talents in higher vocational education from five aspects:setting up the model of master craftsman,perfecting the modern apprenticeship system,integrating the specialty teaching objectives and forms,providing real production scenes,and introducing Internet+.
