摘要
实施区域协调发展是新时代我国一项重大国家战略,也是进入新发展阶段、贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局的重要内容。通过梳理江苏推进区域一体化发展的做法经验和主要成就,明确江苏区域一体化发展的现实基础和比较优势。通过剖析存在的突出问题及成因,明确江苏区域一体化发展的改进方向。立足改变江苏省区域一体化发展过程中“南强北弱、江强海弱”的发展形态,从创新南北合作机制、高质量推进向海发展、完善过江通道建设、强化跨区域协作等方面提出路径举措。
The implementation of regional coordinated development is a major national strategy in the new era.It is also an important content of entering a new stage of development,implementing the new development concept and building a new development pattern.By sorting out the practices and main achievements of promoting regional integration in Jiangsu,this paper clarifies the practical foundation and comparative advantages of Jiangsu’s regional integrated development.By analyzing the outstanding problems and causes,this paper clarifies the improvement direction of Jiangsu’s regional integration development.Based on changing the situation of“strong south and weak north,strong river and weak sea”in the process of regional integration development in Jiangsu province,this paper puts forward measures from the aspects of innovating North-South cooperation mechanism,promoting high-quality development to the sea,improving the construction of river crossing channel,and strengthening cross regional cooperation.
