摘要
利用扫描电镜和能谱仪对阳极氧化后出现了黑色条纹及斑点的5052铝合金进行了分析,发现其含有N、Mg、S、P、C、F等杂质元素。对杂质产生的原因进行了分析判断,并提出改进措施。通过采取改进热轧辊刷压靠、确保辊刷清辊效果和提高终轧温度、减少铝粉和乳液残留,确保冷轧板坯表面干净无残留等系列预防措施后,阳极氧化表面的黑条现象得到有效控制。
Scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer were used to analyze the 5052 aluminum alloy after anodizing,and it was found that the aluminum alloy had black stripes and spots after anodizing,and it was found that it contained impurity elements,such as N,Mg,S,P,C,F etc.The cause of impurities was judged,and the improvement measures were put forward:by improving hot roller brush pressing,the effect of roller brush cleaning and the temperature of final rolling were ensured,the aluminum powder and emulsion residue were reduced,so as to make the surface of slab put into cold rolling production clean and free of residue.
