摘要
针对桥梁监测中振弦传感器信号采集仪集成度低,数据传输方式有限等问题,设计了振弦式传感器桥梁监测集成系统.本文以ARM处理器STM32为核心,外部扩展激振和拾振电路,结合RS485和4G通信实现振弦传感器信号采集系统硬件设计,并扩展SD卡实现离线数据存储,采用MODBUS通信协议进行数据通信保障通信的可靠性.采用等精度测频法进行频率计算,以保证不同频段的信号具有相同的采样精度.实验结果表明,基于振弦式传感器的桥梁监测系统的精度以及稳定性满足实际应用需求,本研究可以为桥梁实时检测,交通行业应变监测传感器在安装前的快速校准与检测提供技术支持.
Aiming at the problems of low integration degree of signal acquisition instrument of vibration string sensor and limited data transmission mode in bridge monitoring,a integrated system was designed.By using ARM processor STM32 as the control core,the external excitation and vibration pickup circuit were extended,and combined with RS485 and 4G communication,the signal acquisition hardware system of vibration string sensor was realized.The SD card was extended to realize off-line data storage,and MODBUS communication protocol was used for data communication to guarantee the reliability of communication.The same precision frequency measurement method was used to calculate the frequency,so as to ensure the same sampling accuracy of the signals in different frequency bands.The experimental results showed that the precision and stability of the bridge monitoring system based on vibrating string sensors meet the practical application requirements.The research can provide technical support for real-time bridge detection technology and rapid calibration and detection of strain monitoring sensors in traffic industry before installation.
