摘要 自然灾害给我国造成了严重的损失,建立完善的应急物流体系可以有效地应对自然灾害等突发事件,而区块链技术的应用可以有效解决目前的应急物流运作过程中暴露出的信息建设和处理问题。针对目前我国应急物流体系存在的问题构建了基于区块链的应急物流体系,体系中的应急物流信息平台可以处理应急物流全过程的信息,包含顶层指挥、物资运输、物资仓储等模块,实行应急物流信息的可视可控,推动应急物资库存调拨和分配的有效管控,以期能全面提升应急物流指挥的效率,给我国应急物流体系的建设提供启示。 Natural disasters have caused serious losses to China.Establishing a perfect emergency logistics system can effectively tackle natural disasters or other emergencies.The application of the block chain technology can effectively resolve the problems resulting from the information construction and processing.This thesis was aiming at the problem of emergency logistics system in China to build a block chain-based emergency logistics system.It could handle the whole information about the emergency logistics with multiple modules,such as the upper command,transportation,warehousing and implementing emergency logistics information visibility and control ability to promote the effective control over the emergency supplies allocation and distribution.It intended to comprehensively improve the efficiency of the emergency logistics command and to provide some implications for the construction of China's emergency logistics system.
