摘要
为克服传统地铁车站现场浇筑施工的弊端,提出了一种基于干式连接的新型装配式地铁车站结构,并在综合考虑结构受力、车站服务功能实现、工程造价等因素下,确定了装配式车站断面尺寸方案,其中车站的内净宽、顶板起拱半径及站厅层结构净高分别为18.3 m、22.0 m及6.6 m;基于装配式车站分块原则,确定了适合内支撑体系的分块方案;通过优化预制模板构造增加其通用性,提高设计方案的适应性。为装配式车站的实施和推广应用提供支撑。
In order to overcome the disadvantages of cast-in-situ method used in the constructing traditional subway stations,a new prefabricated subway station structure with dry connection was proposed.The section dimensions were determined by considering the factors of structural mechanical properties,service function,engineering cost etc..The net width of station,arching radius of roof,and net height of subway hall floor were 18.3 m,22.0 m and 6.6 m respectively.Based on the blocking principle of prefabricated subway station,the subdivision mode which suit for the internal support system was also determined.The templates of different blocks were optimized to increase versatility and the adaptability of the design plan was improved with the optimized templates as well.It might provide reference for the implementation and popularization of the prefabricated station.
