摘要
工艺污水中去硅至关重要。偏铝酸钠除硅,随着加入量增加,硅去除率逐渐增大,1000 m L废水中偏铝酸钠量达到3.0 mL后,硅去除率达到稳定范围99.0%以上。聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)在除硅中起到絮凝效果,便于沉淀。随着PAM加入量的增大,二氧化硅的去除率有下降趋势。水中pH对除硅效果影响很大,p H为10时的去除率高于pH为8~9时的去除率。氧化镁去除气化废水中的硅效果较差,在实际工艺生产中优先考虑偏铝酸钠除硅。
The removal of silicon in process wastewater is important. With the increase of sodium metaluminate content,the removal rate of silicon increases gradually. When the sodium metaluminate content reaches 3. 0 m L in 1000 m L waste water,the removal rate of silicon reaches the stable range above 99. 0%. PAM in the removal of silicon only increased the flocculation effect,which is easy to precipitate. With the increase of PAM addition,the removal rate of silica has a decreasing trend. The p H in water has a great influence on the removal of silicon,and the removal rate at pH 10 is higher than that at pH 8-9. The effect of magnesium oxide on removing silicon from gasification wastewater is poor,so sodium metaaluminate is preferred in practical process production.
