草酸二甲酯甲醇脱水一塔改两塔工艺探讨

摘要 某公司草酸二甲酯(DMO)精馏装置采用一塔分离甲醇,存在能耗高,分离效果差的问题。结合煤制甲醇精馏装置采用多塔分离甲醇,节能效果明显,分离效果较好的特点。对该公司DMO精馏装置甲醇脱水系统采用一塔和两塔分离甲醇工艺进行了对比,通过对两种工艺经济效益分析,得出二塔精馏能显著降低企业运行成本。 A company’s dimethyl oxalate( DMO) rectification device uses one column to separate methanol,which has high energy consumption and poor separation effect. In this paper,the coal-to-methanol rectification device adopts the characteristics of multi-column separation of methanol,which has obvious energy saving effect and good separation effect. The methanol dehydration system of the company’s DMO rectification device uses one-column and two-column methanol separation technology to compare. By analyzing the economic benefits of the two processes,it is concluded that the two-column distillation significantly reduces the operating cost of the enterprise.
