摘要
以信阳板栗壳为原材料,采用超声辅助法对板栗壳色素进行提取,并在单因素的基础上采用响应面法对提取工艺进行了优化,得到最佳提取条件为:提取温度40.37℃、乙醇体积分数49.96%、提取时间42.58min,此条件下信阳板栗壳色素提取率为7.35%。
Using Xinyang chestnut as raw material,the pigment of chestnut shell was extracted by ultrasonic assisted method,and the extraction process was optimized by response surface method on the basis of single factor.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extraction temperature 40.37 ℃,ethanol volume fraction 49.96%,extraction time 42.58 min.under these conditions,the extraction rate of Xinyang chestnut shell pigment was 7.35%.
