摘要
利用高温固相反应烧结技术,在烧结最高温度为560℃,保温时间为30 min,升温速率3、5、10、15、20℃/min的条件下,成功制备了化合物FeTe_(2)样品。制备的样品进行了XRD、SEM、电阻率和塞贝克系数的测试分析,实验表明:FeTe_(2)的固相反应烧结最佳升温速率为10~20℃/min,此时所制备的样品物相较纯。当升温速率为3℃/min时样品获得最大的塞贝克系数为63.04μV/K,同时得到最大功率因子为44.56μW/m K^(2)。
In this study,the compound FeTe_(2) samples were successfully prepared by using the high-temperature solid-phase reaction sintering technique with a maximum sintering temperature of 560 ℃,a holding time of 30 min,and ramping rates of 3,5,10,15,and 20 ℃/min.The prepared samples were analysed by XRD,SEM,resistivity and Seebeck coefficients.The experiments showed that the optimum sintering rate for the solid phase reaction of FeTe_(2) was 5-10 ℃/min,and the prepared compounds were purer at this time.The maximum Seebeck coefficient of 63.04 μV/K was obtained for the sample when the heating rate was 5 ℃/min,while the maximum power factor of 44.56 μW/m K^(2) was obtained.
