低烧蚀四组元推进剂配方研究

摘要 对低烧蚀四组元推进剂进行了配方研究。采用了HTPB、TDI黏合剂体系及新型助剂的固化网络,通过优化多级配AP、细Al粉含量低、调节燃速催化剂等方法,使推进剂在固体含量、密度、20℃力学性能和延伸率等各项性能测试数据均处于较好水平,燃速在一定范围内可调。经地面热试车验证,本项目四组元推进剂燃气烧蚀冲刷相对三组元推进剂发动机烧蚀较轻,且两者比冲相当。 The formulation of low ablation four-component propellant was studied.Adopting the curing network of HTPB,TDI binder system and new additives,by optimizing multi-level AP,low fine Al powder content,adjusting the burning rate catalyst and other methods,the solid content,density,and mechanical properties of the propellant at 20° C the performance test data such as elongation and elongation are all at a good level,and the burning rate is adjustable within a certain range.It is verified by the ground thermal test that the four-component propellant gas ablation erosion of this project is lighter than the three-component propellant engine ablation,and the two are comparable.
