甲醇制烯烃装置烟气除尘工艺选择分析 被引量:1

摘要 某公司甲醇制烯烃装置催化剂再生产生的烟气经过余热锅炉回收热量后,通过烟囱直接排向大气中。随着环保要求的提高,大气污染物排放限值开始执行新的排放标准,再生烟气中重点地区颗粒物的含量不允许超过30 mg/m^(3)。由于甲醇制烯烃装置正常生产时再生烟气颗粒物含量一般在20 mg/m^(3),但在余热锅炉吹灰期间再生烟气颗粒物含量达到400 mg/m^(3)左右,不符合新的排放标准,所以甲醇制烯烃装置需要增设烟气除尘设施,选择适合的烟气除尘工艺,以满足新的环保排放标准。 After heat recovery by waste heat boiler,the flue gas produced by catalyst regeneration of methanol-to-olefins unit of a company is discharged directly into the atmosphere through the chimney.With the increase of environmental protection requirement,the new emission standard of air pollutants has been implemented,and the concentration of particulate matter in the key areas of the regenerated flue gas is not allowed to exceed 30 mg/m^(3).In the normal production of methanol-to-olefins plant,the content of regenerating flue gas particles is generally about 20 mg/m^(3),but the content of regenerating flue gas particles is about 400 MG/m^(3) during the ash blowing of waste heat boiler,which does not meet the new emission standard,therefore,it is necessary to add flue gas dedusting facilities and select suitable flue gas dedusting process to meet the new environmental protection emission standards.
