贵州某磷化工企业土壤污染风险评估案例分析

A Case Study of Soil Pollution in a Phosphorus Chemical Enterprise Polluted Plot in South of Guizhou

土壤污染风险评估是地块环境管理的重要内容和手段,也是地块污染修复或风险管控的必要依据。以贵州某磷化工企业地块为例,通过地块土壤污染风险评估,摸清地块污染特征、污染范围和分布,评估该地块对人体健康的危害程度,从而确定地块修复目标值,并对该地块的环境管理提供合理的修复建议,可作为示范案例为同类地块风险评估提供借鉴。

Soil pollution risk assessment is not only an important content and means of land parcel environmental management,but also a necessary basis for land parcel pollution remediation or risk control.This paper,taking a phosphorus chemical industry in guizhou block as an example,through a land soil pollution risk assessment,clear land pollution characteristics,pollution range and distribution,evaluate the plot of the harm of human body health,determine the land restoration target,and the plot of the environmental management to provide reasonable repair advice,can be used as a demonstration case risk assessment to provide reference for the similar land parcel.
