摘要
以黔西化工30万t/a乙二醇装置为例,根据煤制乙二醇生产过程中草酸酯加氢制乙二醇的工艺数据,并结合催化剂本身的特点,对其焦结和粉化原因进行了分析。分析表明:原料中的H2O含量造成催化剂粉化,O_(2)、S、Cl^(-)等组分的含量导致催化剂结焦;频繁的升降负荷导致催化剂粉化;温度、压力、氢酯比的控制不当造成催化剂的结焦。通过采取对应的控制措施,尽可能地避免粉化结焦的现象发生,以此来延长催化剂的使用寿命。
