光化学蒸汽发生法在分析化学实验教学中的应用

摘要 实验教学是高校教学过程的重要组成部分,是创新性人才培养的基础。为了提高实验教学水平和质量,光化学蒸气发生法被引入到分析化学实验教学中,开展了"光化学蒸气发生可视化检测碘"的教学设计和实验过程。该实验将分析化学实验教学与科研成果相结合,既使学生掌握了基本实验操作技能,又能引导学生了解科学研究的发展,培养学生科研兴趣和创新意识。 Experimental teaching is an important part of the teaching process in colleges and universities,and is the basis of innovative talent training.In order to improve the quality of experimental teaching,photochemical vapor generation is introduced into analytical chemistry experiment.The teaching design and experiment process of"visual detection of iodine by photochemical vapor generation method"is carried out.This experiment combines analytical chemistry experiment teaching with scientific research achievements,which not only enables students to master the basic experimental operation skills,but also guides students to understand the development of scientific research,and cultivates students’ interest in scientific research and innovation consciousness.
