摘要
为适应新时代对高校应用型人才的培养要求,对《发酵工程原理》课程教学体系进行了改革研究。基于雨课堂教学工具从教学内容、教学方法及考核机制等方面进行了重新设计,构建了教学新体系,融合雨课堂丰富的慕课资源及强大的线上线下功能,有效地丰富了课堂知识、衔接了课内课外的教学互动,并结合雨课堂智慧教学模式对教学方法及考核机制进行创新优化。结果表明,基于雨课堂构建的课程教学新体系激发了学生学习兴趣,提高了课堂效率,取得了良好的教学效果。
In order to meet the requirements of the new era for the cultivation of Applied Talents in Colleges and universities,this paper studies the reform of the teaching system of the principle of fermentation engineering.Based on the classroom teaching tools,this paper redesigns and constructs a new teaching system from the aspects of teaching content,teaching methods and assessment mechanism,The integration of rain classroom’s rich teaching resources and powerful online and offline functions effectively enriches classroom knowledge,connects the teaching interaction inside and outside class,and innovates and optimizes the teaching methods and assessment mechanism in combination with rain classroom’s intelligent teaching mode.The results of teaching practice show that the new curriculum teaching system based on rain classroom has stimulated students’ interest in learning,improved classroom efficiency and achieved good teaching results.
