摘要 综述了以粉煤灰为原材料制备沸石的水热法的发展。通过对比各种水热法合成沸石方法的原理与特点,总结出其优势与存在的不足;对粉煤灰基沸石合成过程中的主要控制因素对合成沸石纯度与种类的影响进行了深入探讨。研究表明,人工合成的沸石产品的品质是可以通过控制合成反应条件来调整的;同时,以应用为导向的高纯度沸石的定向合成是未来人工沸石合成发展的主要方向。 In order to study the development of hydrothermal method for preparing zeolite with fly ash as raw material. The researchers compared the principles and characteristics of various hydrothermal methods to synthesize zeolite,and summarized the existing advantages and disadvantages;The influence of the main control factors in the synthesis process of fly ash-based zeolite on the purity and type of synthetic zeolite was discussed in depth. Studies have shown that the quality of synthetic zeolite products can be adjusted by controlling the synthesis reaction conditions;At the same time,the application-oriented directional synthesis of high-purity zeolite is the main direction for the development of artificial zeolite synthesis in the future.
