摘要
通过测定三甲胺气体浓度的方法,常被用来判断鱼类腐败程度。为构建高性能三甲胺气敏传感器,研究制备了钴掺杂二氧化钛(Co doped TiO_(2))纳米片材料,并研究了其气敏性能和传感机理,并与TiO_(2)纳米粒子以及未掺杂的TiO_(2)纳米片进行比较,发现基于Co doped TiO_(2)纳米片所构建的三甲胺气敏传感器具有更高的灵敏度、更短的响应和恢复时间。对于二维纳米材料TiO_(2)纳米片,经过Co掺杂后,能够有效的提高其气敏性能,这为制备传感检测三甲胺及其它气体的新型气敏材料提供了依据和参考。
The detection of the concentration of trimethylamine is often used to determine the fish freshness. In order to construct a high-performance trimethylamine gas sensor,Co doped TiO_(2) nanosheets were prepared,and their gas sensing properties and sensing mechanism were studied. After comparing with TiO_(2) nanoparticles and pure TiO_(2) nanosheets,it was found that the trimethylamine gas sensor constructed by Co doped TiO_(2) nanosheets has higher sensitivity,shorter response and recovery time. As a kind of two-dimensional nanomaterials,after Co is doped,the gas sensing performance of TiO_(2) nanosheets can be greatly improved,which also provides a basis and reference for the preparation of new gas sensing materials for the detection of trimethylamine and other gases.
