摘要
液液萃取是污水中有机物检测最常用前处理方法,不同的萃取剂脱水方法将直接影响样品测量的准确度。为了提高污水中有机磷农药检测的准确度,通过对不同检测前处理方法的探讨,采用三氯甲烷萃取污水样品,并将萃取液直接收集于事先加入3.0 g无水硫酸钠的刻度试管中摇匀脱水,使样品加标回收率控制在96%~100%,提高了污水检测有机磷农药的准确度。
Liquid-liquid extraction is the most commonly used pretreatment method for the detection of organic matter in sewage,different methods of extractant dehydration will directly affect the accuracy of sample measurement. In order to improve the accuracy of the detection of organophosphorus pesticides in sewage,these paper discussed the different pre-treatment methods,used chloroform to extract sewage samples,and directly collects the extraction liquid in a calibration tube which was added with 3. 0 g anhydrous sodium sulfate in advance,shake and dehydrate,so that the recovery rate of the sample was controlled at 96%-100%,improved the accuracy of the detection of organophosphorus pesticides in sewage.
