煤矿井下定向钻进技术在瓦斯治理模式中的应用

摘要 针对下峪口煤矿首采层开采过程中工作面瓦斯超限,常规钻机钻进能力小、封孔及抽采效果差,不能满足瓦斯发电集中抽放利用等问题,引进煤矿井下定向钻进技术探索绿色瓦斯治理新模式,对被保护煤层卸压逸散出的游离瓦斯进行抽采利用。达到减少首采工作面瓦斯涌出量、保护首采层安全回采、瓦斯集中抽放利用的目的。研究成果为实现卸压开采抽采瓦斯、煤与瓦斯共采的科学构想提供了技术支撑。 Aiming at the problem of gas overlimit in first layerworking face of Xiayukou coal mine,conventional drilling rigs have low drilling capacity,poor sealing and extraction effects,and cannot meet the requirement of centralized gas power generation. Using coal mine directional drilling technology to explore a new mode of green gas control,extraction and utilization of free gas from the unloaded pressure of the protected coal seam. To achieve the goal of reducing gas emission in the first mining face,protecting the safe recovery of the first mining seam,and centralized gas drainage and utilization. The research results provide technical support for realizing the scientific conception of gas extraction by pressure relief mining and co-mining of coal and gas.
