异质性人力资本投资对我国商业银行经营效率的影响:基于知识视角的分析

Research on the Impact of Heterogeneous Human Capital Investment on the Operating Efficiency of China’s Commercial Bank Based on the Perspective of Knowledge

通过阐释知识视角下异质性人力资本投资对商业银行经营效率的影响机理,认为知识型异质性人力资本投资对商业银行的经营效率具有正向作用,且在不同产权或规模的商业银行中具有一定的差异性,之后在对我国商业银行知识型异质性人力资本投资水平进行测度后,实证检验了知识型异质性人力资本投资对我国商业银行经营效率的影响。研究发现:首先,我国商业银行知识型异质性人力资源投资总体呈持续平稳上升趋势;其次,我国知识型异质性人力资本投资对商业银行的经营效率具有显著且稳健的正向促进作用;最后,知识型异质性人力资本均显著促进三类产权或规模的商业银行经营效率的提高,但也表现出一定的差异性。

This paper analyzes the mechanism of knowledge-based human capital investment on the operating efficiency of commercial banks,and concludes that knowledge-based human capital investment has a positive effect on the operating efficiency of commercial banks and it also has differences in commercial banks with different property rights or scales.On the basis of measuring the level of intellectual human capital investment in China’s commercial banks,it has empirically tested the influence of intellectual human capital investment on the operating efficiency of China’s commercial banks.The research found that:In general,China’s commercial banks’intellectual human resource investment has shown a steady upward trend;In China,the level of intellectual human capital investment has a significant and stable positive effect on the operating efficiency of commercial banks;Intellectual human capital has significantly improved the operating efficiency of the three types of property rights or scale of commercial banks,but it also shows certain differences.
