冠心病气阴两虚证患者中医证候特征及其与生化指标和冠状动脉造影相关性研究进展

Research Progress on TCM Syndrome Characteristics of Coronary Heart Disease Patients with Qi Yin Deficiency Syndrome and Its Correlation with Biochemical Indexes and Coronary Angiography

冠心病是我国常见的重大慢性病之一,属中医学“心悸”“胸痹”等范畴,气阴两虚证为其常见证型。本文围绕冠心病气阴两虚证,简要介绍其病因病机、辨证要点,探讨此证型冠心病与现代临床生化指标、冠状动脉造影及其常见合并症(高血压、糖尿病)的内在联系,以期为冠心病临床辨证提供思路。

Coronary heart disease is one of the common major chronic diseases in China,which belongs to the category of“palpitation”and“chest obstruction”in TCM,and qi-yin deficiency is the main syndrome.This article focused on coronary heart disease with qi yin deficiency syndrome,briefly introduces its etiology,pathogenesis and key points of syndrome differentiation,and discusses the internal relationship between this syndrome type of coronary heart disease and modern clinical biochemical indicators,coronary angiography and its common complications(hypertension,diabetes),in order to provide ideas for clinical syndrome differentiation of coronary heart disease.
