慢性病患者家庭医生签约服务现状及对策探讨

Discussion on the current status and countermeasures of contracted services with family doctors for chronic disease patients

随着我国分级诊疗制度的推进和基层医疗机构服务的不断完善,慢性病患者的家庭医生服务的签约率和利用率正在逐步上升,已成为能有效解决我国人口老龄化带来的健康问题,预防和控制慢性病,实现分级诊疗,合理分配医疗资源的科学途径。该文结合相关文献就国内慢性病患者家庭医生签约服务现状进行阐述,分析家庭医生签约服务尤其在慢性病患者签约服务中存在的主要问题,并提出相应的对策建议,为优化家庭医生签约服务提供参考。

The advancing hierarchical medical system and the improving services provided by primary medical institutions have witnessed the efficient increases in signing and utilizing of family doctor services for patients with chronic diseases.The services has become an effective solution to health problems caused by the population ageing,to prevention and control of chronic diseases,achievement of hierarchical medical system,and proper allocation of medical resources.This paper elaborates on the current status of contracted services with family doctors for patients with chronic diseases in China,puts forward the main problems existing in the services and corresponding countermeasures,thus providing references to optimize the contracted services.
