优质护理对活动性肺结核患者营养状况的干预作用分析

Analysis of the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on the nutritional status of patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis

目的:探讨优质护理对活动性肺结核患者营养状况的干预作用。方法:随机抽取在医院进行活动性肺结核治疗的80例患者作为研究对象并随机分为观察组与对照组(各40例),在经过3个月的治疗之后,对比观察两组患者在经过护理之后营养状况,空洞闭合以及痰菌转阴情况。结果:在经过一个阶段的治疗之后观察组患者的NRS评分明显低于对照组;观察组患者的BMI和实验室各项指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的空洞闭合与痰菌转阴人数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:良好的营养情况可以显著地改善肺结核患者的生命体征,因此在对患者进行治疗的时候应该注意患者的营养水平。

Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing care on the nutritional status of patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:80 patients with active tuberculosis in Anhui Chest Hospital were randomly selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group(40 cases each).After three months of treatment,the nutritional status,cavities closure and the negative status of sputum bacteria were compared and observed in the two groups.Results:After a period of treatment,the NRS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group;the BMI and laboratory indicators of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The numbers of cavities closed and sputum turned negative in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Good nutrition can significantly improve the vital signs of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Therefore,attention should be paid to the nutritional level when treating patients.
