翻转课堂结合OSCE考核在临床本科生妇产科学教学中的应用

Application of flipped classroom combined with OSCE examination in obstetrics and gynecology teaching for clinical undergraduates

目的:评价翻转课堂结合客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)考核的教学方法在临床本科生妇产科学教学中的应用效果。方法:将2018级临床医学系90名本科生受教妇产科学作为研究对象,其中45名以翻转课堂模式教学为观察组,余下的以传统模式教学为对照组,均实施理论考试及OSCE考核,对教学效果及满意度进行问卷调查。结果:在理论知识考核和临床技能评价成绩方面,观察组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组教学效果及满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床本科生妇产科学教学中,翻转课堂和OSCE考核结合的教学模式,呈现出良好的教学效果,不仅激发了学生的学习积极性,还提高了学生的综合能力,在临床教学中值得广泛应用。

Objective:To evaluate the application effect of flipped classroom combined with objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)in obstetrics and gynecology teaching for clinical undergraduates.Methods:90 undergraduate students of obstetrics and gynecology in the department of clinical medicine of grade 2018 were selected as the research objects,45 of them took flipped classroom teaching as the observation group,and the rest took traditional teaching as the control group.Results:The scores of theoretical knowledge examination and clinical skills evaluation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Through the questionnaire survey,the teaching effect and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology for clinical undergraduates,the teaching mode of flipped classroom combined with OSCE examination showed good teaching effect,which not only stimulated students'learning enthusiasm,but also improved students'comprehensive ability,and it was worthy of wide application in clinical teaching.
