男护生在妇科实习期间的应对及带教技巧

Male nursing students'coping and teaching skills during gynecological practice

目的:探究男护生在妇科实习期间存在的问题及其应对策略,提出科学的带教技巧,为妇科男护生的带教提供参考。方法:纳入某科接收的48名男实习生作为研究对象,对照组22名,采用常规带教;观察组26名,采用新的带教模式。调查两组护生的实习情况,比较两组带教效果(考核成绩和自我和谐总体得分)。结果:两组男护生自身思想认识、与他人沟通、心理承担压力以及自主实践操作,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护生专科理论考核成绩和自主操作考核成绩均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护生自我和谐总体得分的高分、中分、低分分布占比分别优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:男护生在妇科实习期间容易存在思想、沟通、心理压力和技术操作方面的问题,带教教师应重视问题的出现并着手采取新的带教模式予以解决。

Objective:To explore the problems and countermeasures of male nursing students during gynecological practice,and put forward scientific teaching skills to provide reference for the teaching of female nursing students.Methods:48 male interns received in our department were included as the research objects,of which 22 were regarded,and were given routine teaching;26 students were regarded as the observation group and adopted the new teaching mode.Investigate the internship situation of the two groups,and compare the teaching effect(assessment scores and overall scores of self-harmony)between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in self-awareness,communication with others,psychological pressure and independent practice between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of specialized theoretical examination and autonomous operation examination in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The distribution of high,middle and low scores in the observation group was while that in the control group.The distribution of high scores in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Male nursing students are prone to problems in thought,communication,psychological pressure and technical operation during gynecological practice.Teachers should pay attention to the emergence of these problems and take a new teaching mode to solve them.
