腹直肌分离锻炼联合仿生物电刺激对腹直肌分离的效果

Effect of rectus abdominis separation exercise combined with imitation bioelectric stimulation on rectus abdominis separation

目的:探讨应用腹直肌分离锻炼+仿生物电刺激的方式干预产后腹直肌分离患者的价值。方法:将200例研究对象按不同的干预措施分成观察组与对照组,各100例,对照组患者予以常规腹直肌分离锻炼,观察组患者则予以腹直肌分离锻炼联合仿生物电刺激干预,比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者在腹直肌分离距离与后背疼痛VAS评分上均较治疗前降低,而观察组患者显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用腹直肌分离锻炼结合仿生物电刺激干预产后腹直肌分离的效果满意,有效缓解患者后背疼痛,促进腹直肌分离的康复,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the value of applying rectus abstris separation exercise+imitation bioelectrical stimulation in the intervention of postpartum patients with rectus abstris separation.Methods:200 cases of subjects were divided into observation group and control group according to different intervention measures,100 cases in each group,the control group was given routine rectus muscle separation exercise,the observation group was given rectus muscle separation exercise combined with imitation bioelectrical stimulation intervention,and the intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the distance of rectus abdominis separation and the VAS score of back pain in 2 groups were decreased compared with that before treatment,while the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rectus abstinence separation exercise combined with imitation bioelectric stimulation to intervene postpartum rectus abstinence separation has a satisfactory effect,effectively relieve the patient's back pain,and promote the rehabilitation of rectus abstinence separation,which is worth popularizing.
