“预制装配”作为一种高效的场外制造技术,在发展的早期曾备受现代主义建筑师的青睐;但在后续大规模的实践中,预制装配与场地的唯一性以及建筑的多样性表达产生了矛盾,其自身发展也受到影响。随着信息化技术的发展,灵活可变的生产工具为建筑设计理念的独特表达提供了新的技术支撑和机器美学。在“高技派”实践引领与集成、协同工作机制的驱动下,建筑师再度开始关注、接纳并应用预制装配技术去创造具有时代特征的建筑“新个性”。随着建筑工业化的深度发展,预制装配已经逐渐成为当代建筑重要的建造方法。文章从历史发展的诸多层面,阐述了预制装配技术发展过程对建筑“个性”的影响,为建筑师探索实现高质量建筑创新之路提供有价值的参考。

Prefabricated assembly technology has been gradually become the key construction method of contemporary building.As an efficient off-site construction technology,modern architects have paid increasing attention to it.However,the early prefabrication technology came into conflicts with the uniqueness of sites and the individuality of building art form.As a result,the development of prefabrication had been restricted.Not until the development of information technology,the flexible tool could be used to support expression of identical form for some building design idea,architects began to accept and apply the prefabrication technology to figure the new building identity of the time.This article elaborates the influence on building identity conducted by the development of prefabrication technology from the different aspects of historical process.Under the background that the prefabricated buildings have become a growing industry in China,the article could offer some valuable references for those architects who are exploring the ways of how to fit in with the needs of technological changes and use prefabrication technologies to construct buildings with high quality and unique identity.
