三维激光扫描仪在自升式钻井平台桁架式桩腿维修中的应用

摘要 自升式钻井平台在使用和操作过程中桩腿损坏事故偶有发生,采用测量的方式确定损坏段桩腿的上下变形点、对损坏段桩腿实施切除而后局部更换的方式进行维修是损坏桩腿维修的方法之一。以DSJ300-L1自升式钻井平台桩腿维修项目为例,介绍了采用三维激光扫描仪进行损坏段桩腿上下变形点检测及数据分析的基本方法,包括测量仪器选用、数据采集、数据处理、模型对比、主弦管和支撑管数据分析、变形点确认等内容,并结合具体测量数据进行演算说明。该测量维修方法的应用在国内属于首例,该维修项目的成功实施可为该技术的进一步推广应用提供借鉴。 Damage incident of pile leg of jack-up drilling platform may occasionally occur during operation.It is one of the methods to repair damaged pile to measure and determine the the upper and lower deformation points of the damaged pile leg section then cut it and replace it with new pile leg section.Taking the DSJ300-L1 jack-up drilling platform pile leg maintenance project for example,this paper introduces the basic methods of detecting the upper and lower deformation points of damaged leg section and analyzing the data with three-dimensional laser scanner,including the selection of measuring instruments,data acquisition,data processing,model comparison,data analysis of main chord pipes and support pipes,and determination of deformation points,and demonstrates the calculation with the specific measurement data.The application of the measurement and maintenance method is the first in China,and the successful implementation of the maintenance project can provide reference for further application of the technology.
