某油田油井钢材腐蚀及缓蚀剂研究 被引量:2

摘要 大港油田采油三厂地区油井井深在2000 m以上,井底流体温度高,通常在80~100℃之间,高温情况下一般缓蚀药物难以发挥其对油井常用钢材的缓蚀作用。通过试验发现咪唑啉类缓蚀剂对该地区油井常用20钢材具有较好的缓蚀效果,于是开发了KYHS系列缓蚀剂。首先简要介绍了大港油田油井钢材腐蚀现状,其次分析了大港油田油井常用钢材的腐蚀影响因素,其三详细论述了以油酸基咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂为主要成分的KYHS缓蚀剂的研制,并阐述了其在大港油田油井上的应用效果。研究表明,新型KYHS系列有机缓蚀剂能有效降低大港油田油井常用20钢材的腐蚀速率,当缓蚀剂添加质量浓度在60~80 mg/L时,缓蚀率>90%,试片表面光滑。 The well depth of Third Oil Production Plant of Dagang Oilfield is above 2000 m,the well bottom fluid temperature is high,usually between 80~100℃,and the general corrosion inhibitors are difficult to play their corrosion inhibitive effect on the steel commonly used in the well under high temperature.It was found that imazoline corrosion inhibitor has better inhibitive effect on 20#steel often used in oil wells of Dagang Oilfield,therefore KYHS series inhibitors were developed.Firstly,the current status of oil well steel corrosion is introduced briefly.Then influence factors of steels often used in oil wells of Dagang Oilfield are analyzed.Thirdly,the development of the KYHS inhibitors with oleic acid-based azoline ammonium quaternary salt is detailed discussed,and its application effect in Dagang Oilfield oil wells is expounded.The study shows that the new KYHS series organic corrosion inhibitors can effectively reduce the corrosion rate of 20#steel commonly used in oil wells,when adding a mass concentration of 60~80 mg/L of the corrosion inhibitor,the corrosion inhibitive rate is great than 90%and the test specimen surface is smooth.
