海洋平台淡水系统不锈钢管道焊道泄漏分析及对策 被引量:2

摘要 在渤海油田的海洋平台中,淡水系统主要用于供给生活用水及设备冲洗用水,其管道材质为316L不锈钢。近年来,新建平台淡水系统一直存在投产1年内即出现管道焊道穿孔泄漏问题。根据近年来多个海洋平台的建设情况,结合期间采取的改进不锈钢管道施工管理的措施,跟踪新建平台出现不锈钢管道漏点的信息,对比改进管道施工管理措施的实施效果,找出造成不锈钢管道泄漏的多重原因,提出了下一步解决问题的措施建议,以减少及避免出现淡水管道泄漏问题。分别从泄漏点信息统计、施工管理措施对比、管道材质因素、介质腐蚀、焊接工艺等方面对上述内容展开论述。 In the offshore platforms of the Bohai Sea oilfields,fresh water systems are mainly used for domestic water and equipment flushing water.The pipeline material is 316L stainless steel.In recent years,the fresh water system of newly built platform has the problem of pipeline weld bead leakage within putting into production only 1 year.According to the construction situation of several offshore platforms in recent years,the authors tracks the leakage information of the stainless steel pipelines in the newly built platforms through improving the construction management measures of the stainless steel pipelines,and compares the implementation effect of the improvement measures,finds out the leakage causes and puts forward suggestions in order to reduce and avoid the leakage of fresh water pipelines.The above contents are further discussed from the information statistics of leakage points,construction management measures comparison,pipeline material factors,medium corrosion and welding process.
