非翻瓣微创手术实施在牙齿种植患者中治疗的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Non-flap Minimally Invasive Surgery in Patients with Dental Implants

目的:针对临床需接受牙齿种植患者,探究给予非翻瓣微创手术治疗后临床疗效。方法:随机挑选3年内(2017年3月~2020年3月)医院接诊需接受牙齿种植患者100例(112颗),根据实施手术治疗方式的不同将这100例患者均分为参照组和实验组各50例(56颗),其中参照组实施翻瓣种植术进行治疗,而实验组则实施非翻瓣微创手术治疗,对比两组患者临床改善情况。结果:与实验组患者手术时间、用药时间、肿痛时间相比,参照组显著偏长,成功率显著偏低,VAS显著偏高,改良牙龈沟出血指数显著偏高,龈乳头指数以及牙周探诊深度显著偏低,总满意度显著偏低(P<0.05);干预后参照组患者各项生活质量评分均显著低于实验组(P<0.05)。结论:针对临床需接受牙齿种植患者,给予非翻瓣微创手术治疗后不仅能缓解患者疼痛程度,同时还能缩短患者手术治疗时间与用药时间,显著提升患者满意度,促使患者早日康复,提升患者个人生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of non-flap minimally invasive surgery for patients who need to receive dental implants.Methods:This study randomly selected 100 patients(112 dental implants)in a hospital within 3 years(March 2017 to March 2020).According to the different surgical treatment methods,these 100 patients were divided into two groups,including 50 cases(56 tablets)in reference group and 50 cases(56 tablets)in experimental group.The reference group was treated with flap implantation,while the experimental group was treated with minimally invasive surgery without flap.The clinical improvement between the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the experimental group,the operation time,medication time and swelling and pain time of the patients in the reference group were significantly longer,the success rate was significantly lower,the VAS was significantly higher,the improved gingival sulcus bleeding index was significantly higher,the gingival papillary index and periodontal probing depth were significantly lower,and the total satisfaction was significantly lower(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores of the reference group were significantly lower than those of the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients who need to receive dental implants clinically,non-flap minimally invasive surgery can not only relieve the pain of patients,but also shorten the time of surgical treatment and medication,significantly improve patient satisfaction,promote early recovery of patients,and improve patients'personal quality of life.
