来曲唑联合克罗米芬对PCOS患者子宫内膜厚度及最大卵泡直径的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨来曲唑与克罗米芬联合治疗对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者最大卵泡直径及子宫内膜厚度的影响。方法:选择2018年7月~2020年7月某院收治的60例PCOS患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组给予克罗米芬治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上加用来曲唑治疗,两组均治疗15d,对比治疗前和治疗15d时两组血清雌二醇(E_(2))、促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、子宫内膜厚度及最大卵泡直径。结果:治疗15d,两组血清T、FSH、LH水平低于治疗前,E_(2)水平高于治疗前,且观察组血清T、FSH、LH水平低于对照组,E_(2)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗15d,两组最大卵泡直径长于治疗前,子宫内膜厚度低于治疗前,且观察组最大卵泡直径长于对照组,子宫内膜厚度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:来曲唑联合克罗米芬治疗可调节PCOS患者雌激素水平,增大最大卵泡直径,缩减子宫内膜厚度。 Objective:To investigate the effect of combined treatment of letrozole and clomiphene on maximum follicle diameter and endometrial thickness in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:60 PCOS patients treated in a hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clomiphene,and the observation group was treated with letrozole on the basis of the control group,all were treated for 15 days.The serum estradiol(E_(2)),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),endometrial thickness and maximum follicular diameter were compared between the two groups before treatment and on the 15th day of treatment.Results:After 15 days of treatment,the serum T,FSH,and LH levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the E_(2) level was higher than that before treatment,the serum T,FSH,LH levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the E_(2) level was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 15 days of treatment,the maximum follicle diameter in the two groups was longer than that before treatment,and the endometrial thickness was lower than that before treatment.The maximum follicle diameter of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the endometrial thickness was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Letrozole combined with clomiphene treatment can adjust estrogen levels in patients with PCOS,improve the maximum follicle diameter and reduce endometrial thickness.
