中药塌渍配合艾灸治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床研究

Clinical Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine Collapse and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Neck,Shoulder,Waist and Leg Pain

目的:分析中药塌渍配合艾灸治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床效果。方法:选取某院2018年1月~2019年6月期间收治的90例颈肩腰腿痛患者,按入院顺序单双号分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组采用中药塌渍治疗,观察组采用中药塌渍配合艾灸治疗。两组疗程结束后评价患者疼痛程度、腰椎功能、肩关节功能,同时采集静脉血后,测定实验室指标[C-反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)及血沉(ESR)]。结果:观察组治疗后VAS评分(2.05±0.84)分低于对照组的(3.97±0.91)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后JOA评分、C-M评分高于对照组,ESR、RF及CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药塌渍配合艾灸治疗颈肩腰腿痛效果确切,疼痛减轻明显,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine collapse and moxibustion in the treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2019,90 patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain in a hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission sequence.The control group(n=45)was treated with traditional Chinese medicine collapse,and the observation group(n=45)was treated with traditional Chinese medicine collapse and moxibustion;The pain degree,lumbar function and shoulder joint function of the patients were evaluated after the treatment of the two groups;At the same time,venous blood was collected to measure the laboratory parameters[C-reactive protein(CRP),rheumatoid factor(RF)and ESR].Results:The VAS score of the observation group was(2.05±0.84),which was lower than that of the control group(3.97±0.91)after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,JOA and C-M scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and ESR,RF and CRP levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine collapse combined with moxibustion is effective in the treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain,and the pain reduces significantly,which is worthy of promotion.
