多糖铁复合胶囊和右旋糖酐铁分散片治疗妊娠期合并缺铁性贫血的效果对比

Effect Comparison of Polysaccharide Iron Complex Capsules and Dextran Iron Dispersible Tablets in the Treatment of Iron Deficiency Anemia during Pregnancy

目的:比较多糖铁复合胶囊和右旋糖酐铁分散片治疗妊娠期合并缺铁性贫血的效果。方法:将某院2019年1月~2020年1月期间70例妊娠期合并缺铁性贫血患者按照计算机分组法分为对照组34例和观察组36例,对照组给予右旋糖酐铁分散片治疗,观察组给予多糖铁复合胶囊治疗,观察两组临床疗效、铁代谢指标水平、血液因子水平以及不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率(88.89%)高于对照组(73.53%)(P<0.05);观察组血清铁蛋白(SF)、血清铁(SI)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TSAT)水平均高于对照组,铁调素水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血红蛋白(HGB)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)以及平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)水平均高于对照组;观察组不良反应发生率(5.56%)与对照组(14.71%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:右旋糖酐铁分散片和多糖铁复合胶囊治疗妊娠期合并缺铁性贫血患者在安全性方面一致,但多糖铁复合胶囊可改善铁代谢指标水平和血液因子水平,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To compare the effect of polysaccharide iron complex capsules and dextran iron dispersible tablets in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy.Methods:70 patients with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy in a hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into control group(34 cases,dextran iron dispersible tablets)and observation group(36 cases,polysaccharide iron complex capsules).The clinical efficacy,iron metabolic indicators,blood factors,and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(88.89%)was higher than that of the control group(73.53%)(P<0.05).The levels of serum ferritin(SF),serum iron(SI)and transferrin saturation(TSAT)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of hepcidin in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of HGB,MCV and MCH in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(5.56%)and the control group(14.71%),and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The safety of iron dextran dispersible tablets and polysaccharide iron complex capsules in the treatment of pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia is consistent,but polysaccharide iron complex capsules can improve the level of iron metabolism index and blood factors,and improve the therapeutic effect.
