摘要
目的:探讨电刺激联合生物反馈结合阴道哑铃盆底康复训练对改善产后盆底肌功能的作用。方法:对收治的96例产后盆底肌功能障碍患者进行观察治疗,随机纳入参照组和联合组各48例,参照组给予阴道哑铃盆底康复训练,联合组在参照组基础上加用电刺激联合盆底生物反馈治疗,比较治疗前后盆底肌电压及疲劳度状况、盆腔器官脱垂程度和盆底肌功能障碍发生率。结果:盆底肌电压及疲劳度比较,治疗前差异不明显(P>0.05),治疗后优于治疗前,联合组优于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后联合组盆腔器官脱垂程度低于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后组间功能障碍发生率比较,联合组(10.42%)低于参照组(27.08%),组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:对盆底肌功能障碍患者进行阴道哑铃盆底康复训练,加用电刺激联合生物反馈治疗后,可促进患者盆底肌功能恢复,减少患者产后功能障碍,临床应用效果理想。
Objective:To explore the effects of electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback and vaginal dumbbell pelvic floor rehabilitation training on improving postpartum pelvic floor muscle function.Methods:96 patients with postpartum pelvic floor muscle dysfunction were observed and treated.They were randomly included in the reference group and the combination group,with 48 cases in each group.The reference group was given vaginal dumbbell pelvic floor rehabilitation training,the combination group was given electrical stimulation+pelvic floor biofeedback treatment based on the reference group,then the voltage and fatigue status of pelvic floor musclee,the degree of pelvic organ prolapse,and the incidence of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction before and after treatment were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the pelvic floor muscle voltage and fatigue status before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle voltage and fatigue status was better than that before treatment,and the combination group was better than the reference group(P<0.05).The degree of pelvic organ prolapse in the combination group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of dysfunction in the combination group(10.42%)was lower than the that in the reference group(27.08%),and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The vagina dumbbell pelvic floor rehabilitation training for patients with pelvic floor muscle dysfunction,combined with electrical stimulation+biofeedback treatment,can promote the recovery of the patients'pelvic floor muscle function and reduce the postpartum dysfunction.The clinical application effect is ideal.
