医患协同护理在腹腔镜肾盂成形术治疗小儿肾积水围术期护理中的应用

Study of the Application Effect of Doctor-patient Cooperative Nursing in Perioperative Nursing of Pediatric Hydronephrosis Treated with Laparoscopic Pyeloplasty

目的:分析医患协同护理的方法及其在腹腔镜肾盂成形术治疗小儿肾积水围术期护理中的应用价值。方法:将某院2019年1月~2020年12月期间收治的100例肾积水患儿随机分为Y组和Y+H组各50例,腹腔镜肾盂成形术围术期护理中分别实施常规护理、医患协同护理,比较两组患儿的手术效果、康复效果及术后并发症的发生率。结果:Y+H组患儿手术时间、引流管留置时间、正常饮食恢复时间、住院时间均短于Y组(P<0.05);Y+H组术后共6%的患儿发生并发症,低于Y组的18%(P<0.05)。结论:于腹腔镜肾盂成形术治疗小儿肾积水围术期护理中应用医患协同护理能有效提高手术效果、康复效果,降低术后并发症的发生率。

Objective:To analyze the method of doctor-patient cooperative nursing and its application value in the perioperative nursing of laparoscopic pyeloplasty for children with hydronephrosis.Methods:100 children with hydronephrosis admitted to a hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into Y group(n=50)and Y+H group(n=50).Routine nursing and doctor-patient cooperative nursing were carried out during perioperative nursing of laparoscopic pyeloplasty.The surgical effect,rehabilitation effect and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,indwelling time of drainage tube,recovery time of normal diet and hospitalization time in Y+H group were all shorter than those in Y group(P<0.05).A total of 6%of children in Y+H group had postoperative complications,which was lower than 18%in Y group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the perioperative nursing of laparoscopic pyeloplasty for children with hydronephrosis,the application of doctor-patient cooperative nursing can effectively improve the surgical effect and rehabilitation effect,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
