心理干预疗法对强迫症患者的临床应用及可行性研究

Study on the Application and Feasibility of Psychological Intervention for Patients with Obsessive-compulsive Disorder

目的:探讨心理干预在强迫症患者护理中的应用及可行性。方法:选择2019年2月~2020年2月某院收治的强迫症患者60例,按随机数字表分为Y组和C组各30例,C组患者接受常规护理,Y组患者接受心理护理。将两组患者干预前后的Y-BOCS(Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale)评分与两组患者干预前后的HAM-A(汉密尔顿焦虑量表)评分进行比较。结果:干预后,Y组的Y-BOCS评分以及HAM-A评分均显著低于C组(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理对强迫症患者有显著影响,在减轻焦虑以及提高干预效果等方面具有较高的可行性。

Objective:To explore the application and feasibility of psychological intervention in the nursing of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods:A total of 60 obsessive-compulsive disorder patients admitted to a hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into group Y and group C according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in group C received routine care,and patients in group Y received psychological care.The Y-BOCS(Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale)scores and the HAM-A(Hamilton Anxiety Scale)scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results:After the intervention,the Y-BOCS score and HAM-A score of group Y were significantly lower than those of group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological care has a significant impact on patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder,and it has high feasibility in reducing anxiety and improving treatment effects.
