针对性干预在异常妊娠产妇护理中的应用价值分析

Analysis on the Application Value of Targeted Intervention in the Nursing of Parturient Women with Abnormal Pregnancy

目的:探讨针对性干预在异常妊娠孕妇护理中的应用效果分析。方法:2019年4月~2020年4月,某院收治的70例异常妊娠孕妇采用随机数字表法分为C组和Y组各35例,C组患者采用一般护理干预模式,Y组患者采用针对性干预模式,比较Y组和C组孕妇的自然分娩率、新生儿阿氏评分、住院时间、分娩时间、分娩中出血量。结果:Y组自然分娩率以及新生儿阿氏评分均明显高于C组(P<0.05);Y组住院时间、分娩时间、分娩中出血量等均明显低于C组(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理干预模式有助于提高产妇的自然分娩率,降低产妇住院时间、分娩时间、分娩中出血量,改善分娩结局。

Objective:To explore the effect of targeted intervention in the nursing of pregnant women with abnormal pregnancy.Methods:From April 2019 to April 2020,70 pregnant women with abnormal pregnancy in a hospital were divided into group C and group Y by random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.The general nursing intervention mode was adopted in group C,targeted intervention mode was adopted in group Y,and the natural delivery rate,neonatal Apgar score,length of hospital stay,delivery time and amount of blood loss during delivery were compared between the two groups.Results:The rate of natural delivery and neonatal Apgar score in group Y were significantly higher than those in group C(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay,delivery time and delivery blood loss in group Y were significantly lower than those in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention mode of targeted nursing can improve the rate of natural delivery,reduce the length of hospital stay,delivery time and the amount of blood loss during delivery,and improve the outcome of delivery.
