摘要
本文介绍了某轻型电动商用车打气泵振动优化研究的过程和成果。该车型原地打气泵打气时,空载状态较差不可接受,满载状态可接受。通过测试打气泵、支架、车身悬置、地板、方向盘整个传递路径的振动,以及打气泵安装频率,进行频率分析、传递路径分析、软垫隔振分析、固有频率分析、悬置系统设计优化计算,确定了优化橡胶软垫的方案。
The process and results of the vibration of an air pump on a light electric commercial vehicle are introduced.When the vehicle is pumping by the local position,no-load condition is unacceptable,and load condition is acceptable.By testing the vibration of the whole transmission path of the air pump,bracket,vehicle body suspension,floor and steering wheel,and the installation frequency of the air pump,frequency analysis,transmission path analysis,cushion vibration isolation analysis,natural frequency analysis are carried out,and suspension system design optimization calculation and confirm the scheme of optimizing rubber cushion.
