摘要
沉香在我国已有悠久的使用历史,近年来其非药用部位叶开始被研究。据文献报道,沉香3种来源植物(Aquilaria sinensis、A.malacensis、A.crassna)的叶中主要含黄酮和二苯基酮苷类成分及少量挥发油和萜类化合物,具有抗氧化、抗炎、降血糖、调血脂、抗肿瘤、抗抑郁、解热镇痛等活性,但相关的机制尚缺乏深入的研究。沉香叶经一系列工艺处理后制作成沉香茶,在我国南方几个省广受欢迎,具有一定市场。但相应的研究现状还缺乏总结。因此,对目前沉香叶的相关报道进行综述,以期对后续沉香茶的开发利用提供理论支持。
Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum has long been used as medicine in China.In recent years,the non-medicinal parts of Aquilaria plants have attracted the interest of scholars.According to previous reports,leaves of the original plants of Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum(Aquilaria sinensis,A.malacensis and A.crassna)contain mainly flavonoids and diphenyl ketone glycosides and a small amount of volatile oils and terpenoids.They have antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic,antitumor,antidepressant,antipyretic,and analgesic activities,but the related mechanisms have not been comprehensively studied.Agarwood tea,processed from the leaves of the three species,is very popular in southern China.However,there is no comprehensive summary of the research on it.Therefore,this article summarizes the related reports on leaves of the three original species of Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum,which is expected to provide theoretical support for the development and utilization of agarwood tea.
