腰肾膏指纹图谱研究

Fingerprints of Yaoshen Paste

目的:建立腰肾膏挥发性成分气相色谱指纹图谱及其膏团内成分的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。方法:使用挥发油提取器提取腰肾膏膏体中挥发性成分,用乙酸乙酯萃取,无水硫酸钠脱水后进行气相色谱指纹图谱分析;提取后膏体弃去水液并干燥,加50%甲醇超声提取60 min,提取液滤过后进行高效液相色谱指纹图谱分析。结果:气相色谱指纹图谱以水杨酸甲酯作为参照峰,得到了51个共有峰,对其中20个共有峰进行了药材归属;高效液相色谱指纹图谱以蛇床子素作为参照峰,得到了52个共有峰,对其中20个共有峰进行了药材归属。结论:结合高效液相色谱和气相色谱指纹图谱能比较全面地反映腰肾膏中有效成分的组成,有助于腰肾膏的质量控制。

Objective:To establish the gas chromatography(GC)fingerprint of volatile components and high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)fingerprint of the components in Yaoshen Paste.Methods:The volatile components in the paste were absorbed by the volatile oil extractor,extracted with ethyl acetate,and dehydrated with anhydrous sodium sulfate for GC fingerprint analysis.After the water layer was removed,the remaining paste was dried and extracted by ultrasound with 50%methanol for 60 min.The extracting solution was filtered for HPLC fingerprint analysis.Results:Fifty-one common peaks were obtained by GC fingerprint with the peak of methyl salicylate as the reference.Among them,20 common peaks were assigned to medicinal materials.Fifty-two common peaks were obtained by HPLC fingerprint with the peak of osthol as the reference.Among them,20 common peaks were assigned to medicinal materials.Conclusion:GC and HPLC fingerprints in combination could reflect the composition of effective components in Yaoshen Paste,which was conducive to the quality control of Yaoshen Paste.
