资本现代性作为现代资本主义社会的本质性规定,它在现实的历史中的生发图景和基本特质由资本所创造和规定。资本现代性的基本特质显示为创造性和矛盾性,这种创造性和矛盾性在时间维度集中展现为:资本现代性既瓦解了传统社会那种相对凝固、重复的时间结构,造就出现代意义上的社会时间和加速的时间模式,促推人的生活样式发生新变化,又把人置于资本化的时间境域进行盘剥、管制和规训而制造出生存隐忧。建构不以资本为基本原则和基本动力的新现代性来重新规划社会时间,是人真正地占有和支配自由时间来创建理想存在方式的可行性之路。因此,反思与批判资本现代性的时间话语,不仅能标画出资本现代性在时间结构中的展现图式,而且是探寻颠覆资本统治和促推人创建理想存在方式的一个维度。

Capital modernity is the essential regulation of modern capitalist society.In the history of reality,capital has created and defined its emerging picture and basic characteristics.The basic characteristics of capital modernity are creativity and contradiction.This kind of creativity and contradiction is reflected in the time dimension:capital modernity not only disintegrates the relatively fixed and repeated time structure of traditional society,but also creates social time and accelerated time mode in the modern sense,and promotes new changes in people’s life style.At the same time,the capital modernity puts people in the time domain of capitalization to exploit,control and discipline,and creates hidden worries.It is a feasible way for people to occupy and control free time to create an ideal way of existence by constructing a new modernity which does not take capital as the basic principle and power to re plan social time.Therefore,reflecting on and criticizing the time discourse of capital modernity can draw the display pattern of capital modernity in the time structure,and at the same time,it is a dimension to explore the subversion of capital rule and urge people to create the ideal existence mode.
