全面推进乡村振兴是党的十九届五中全会对落实乡村振兴战略提出的更高要求,是"十四五"时期"三农"工作的总要领和总抓手。乡村振兴,法治必须先行。全面推进乡村振兴既要实现法治化,又需要法治化为乡村振兴提供制度保障,习近平法治思想为乡村振兴法治化提供了理论遵循,法治本身的理论内涵外化为逻辑结构,按照乡村振兴法治化的意蕴构造探寻实现乡村振兴法治化的实践路径,助推乡村全面振兴。

Promoting rural revitalization in an all-round way is a higher requirement put forward by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.It is the general principle and the overall focus of the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.Rural revitalization,the rule of law must first.To comprehensively promote rural revitalization,we must not only realize the rule of law,but also need the rule of law to provide institutional guarantee for rural revitalization.Xi Jinping’s thought of the rule of law provides theoretical guidance for the rule of law in rural revitalization.The theoretical connotation of the rule of law itself is externalized into a logical structure.According to the implication of the rule of law in rural revitalization,we will explore the practical path to realize the rule of law in rural revitalization and promote the overall revitalization of the countryside.
