湖北医药学院948名大学生肺结核防治知晓情况调查

Awareness of Tuberculosis Prevention and Treatment of 948 College Students in Hubei Medical College

目的调查湖北医药学院948名大学生肺结核防治知晓情况,分析影响知晓率的因素。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样法,于2018-08/09抽取湖北医药学院2014-2018级大学生960名,通过自行设计调查问卷统一进行现场调查,比较不同类别人群对肺结核的预防意识及态度现状,并建立Logistic回归方程分析影响知晓情况的相关因素;采用SPSS 20.0软件进行t检验、秩和检验、Spearman秩相关,检验水准α=0.05。结果本次共参与调查960人,发放调查问卷960份,有效问卷调查表948份,有效回收率98.75%。948名调查对象肺结核预防控制相关知识、预防控制态度、预防控制健康行为知晓率分别为60.97%、45.15%和53.90%,大学生肺结核防治总知晓率53.34%。非医学专业、母亲和父亲文化程度为高中以下、未参加过肺结核防治知识讲座为大学生肺结核防治知晓率的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论医学院校大学生对结核病相关防治知识知晓率低,与非医学专业、家庭文化程度较低、从未参加过肺结核防治知识讲座、未接触过患病者有关。

Objective To survey the awareness and its influencing factors of tuberculosis(TB)prevention and treatment of 948 students in Hubei Medical College.Methods From August to September 2018,there were 960 students in Hubei Medical,whose grade ranged from freshman to senior,were enrolled by multi-stage stratified random sampling method and assessed by a selfdesigned questionnaire.The knowledge,attitude and practice of TB prevention were compared among different groups.Logistic regression equation was established to analyze the relevant factors affecting the awareness rate,t test,rank sum test,and Spearman rank correlation were performed by using SPSS 20.0 with the test level ofα=0.05.Results A total of 960 questionnaires were sent out,948 of which were valid(98.75%).The awareness rates of the TB prevention and control related knowledge,attitude and practice were60.97%,45.15%and 53.90%,respectively.The total awareness rate of TB prevention and control of college students was 53.34%.Non-medical majors,parents’educational level below high school,and absence of relevant knowledge lectures were independent factors influencing the awareness rate of TB prevention and control of college students(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical college students have a low awareness rate of tuberculosis-related prevention and treatment knowledge,which is mainly related to non-medical majors,low family educational level,absence of relevant knowledge lectures,and no contact history of TB patients.
